Felons can't get jobs. They work for scraps. They are under paid for their skills. They work for cash while receiving food stamps. Some resort to theft or selling drugs. They have to feed their families. Some find someone on disability. Live off them.
Some do a combination of the above.

Felons find it hard to find housing. Them and their families are forced to rent from slum Lords.
How long must a man pay for a crime. Is it fair to pass judgement on him/ her their whole life?
